Open the salon’s website and tap “Book”. Choose a service, a master (or “any”) and a free time, enter your name, phone and e-mail — the booking appears in the salon’s calendar right away.

No. A name, phone number and e-mail are enough to book. Clients do not need an account or a password.

No, online booking is free for clients. You pay only for the service itself, the way the salon accepts payment.

Yes. After booking you receive an e-mail with the date, time, service and the salon’s address. It also has a link to reschedule or cancel the booking.

Yes, you receive a reminder by e-mail before the visit. If the salon has enabled text messages, you also get an SMS reminder.

Open the link in the confirmation or reminder e-mail and choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel”. If the visit is very soon, it is best to call the salon as well.

Call the salon — the phone number is in the confirmation e-mail and on the salon’s website. The master will tell you whether there is still time for your visit today.

You pay at the salon after the visit. Ask the salon about payment methods (cash, card): they are on its website or in the e-mail.

On the platform’s home page choose a city, a direction and a time — the search shows salons with free slots today or on the day you need.

It means the masters are fully booked that day or the salon is closed. Choose another day, another master or “any master”.

Yes. In the booking form enter the name of the person who will come and your phone number for contact. The salon marks children’s services in its price list.

The salon’s phone, address and messengers are on the “Contacts” page of its website. You can also simply reply to the confirmation e-mail: the reply goes to the salon.

On the salon’s website tap “Leave a review” — the review page chosen by the salon opens, for example Google.

Yes. Only the salon you booked with sees your data, and it is used only for the booking. Transfer is encrypted, and how data is handled is described in the privacy policy on the salon’s website.

Write to the salon you booked with — it will delete or anonymise your data. Salons also delete the data of clients who have not visited for a long time automatically.

It is a service for hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons: online booking, a calendar for masters, a client base, reminders and a ready-made salon website in several languages.

Tap “Register your salon” and enter the name, address and e-mail. Then the step-by-step setup helps you add services, masters and working hours and publish the website.

There are several plans — prices are on the platform’s pricing page. A new salon gets a free trial with all features; you can change the plan at any time in the dashboard.

Yes. After registration the salon works for free during the whole trial — its end date is shown in the dashboard. No card is needed to start.

Yes. Every salon gets a website with services, prices, the team, a gallery and online booking. You can choose a template, colours and fonts and enable the languages you need.

Yes. In “Website → Domains” the salon owner adds the domain and creates the DNS records shown. Until then the website works on the platform address.

In “Services” pick typical services from the catalogue or add your own: duration, a “from” price or a range, price-list sections. Changes show on the website right away.

In “Team” add a master with their title, photo and services. In “Schedule” set working days and breaks; holidays and special days are marked there as well.

Yes. Invite a master or manager by e-mail — everyone gets their own sign-in and permissions. A master does not have to sign in: bookings work without it.

The platform sends clients a confirmation and a reminder by e-mail on behalf of the salon. SMS reminders are enabled in “Settings → Integrations”.

Yes. In “Import” upload a CSV file with clients or services — the system shows what will be added before saving.

Publish the salon’s website and allow showing it in “Settings → Search”. After that clients find the salon by city, direction and free time.

The dashboard and the salon website work in Estonian, English, Russian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, German and Ukrainian. The salon chooses its website languages.

In the “Calendar” tap “Block time” and choose a master and an interval — online booking with that master is not available during it.

Client data belongs to the salon: the platform processes it on the salon’s behalf under GDPR rules. The salon sets the retention period in the settings.

You can cancel the subscription in “Settings → Plan”. The owner can delete the salon with its data in the settings; there is time to change your mind before deletion.
