Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between Intseo7 OÜ (registry code 14238521, address: Sutste 50-17) — hereinafter "we" — and the salon that uses the AllBooking platform (https://app.allbooking.eu). By creating a salon, its owner accepts these terms and the data processing agreement.

1. Service

The platform gives the salon online booking, a salon website, a calendar and staff schedule, client profiles, notifications and other features described on the website. We develop the service and may change features without materially worsening what the salon has already paid for.

2. Account

• when registering, provide accurate details and keep them up to date;

• keep your password secret and enable two-factor login; the account owner is responsible for actions in the account;

• the salon owner invites staff members themselves and is responsible for the rights they are given.

3. Pricing and payment

• the service is paid according to the chosen plan; prices and plan contents are listed on the website and in the dashboard;

• an invoice is issued in advance for the paid period; if an invoice is not paid on time, access to the dashboard may be restricted until payment is made;

• we notify of price changes no later than 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the next period;

• a paid period is not refunded when the service is cancelled, unless the law requires otherwise.

4. Salon obligations

• the salon is the controller of its clients' data: it decides which data to collect, publishes its own privacy policy and responds to client requests;

• the salon publishes only lawful content and materials it has rights to;

• it is not allowed to send spam, bypass service restrictions, interfere with its operation or use it for illegal activity.

5. Salon content

The salon's texts, photos and data remain its property. The salon allows us to store and display them to the extent needed to operate the service: on the salon's website, in the platform's search if the salon participates in it, and in notifications.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service running without interruptions, make backups and give advance notice of planned maintenance, but we do not guarantee trouble-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount the salon paid over the last 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for lost profits or for failures of services the salon connected itself.

7. Term and termination

• the salon may cancel the service at any time and delete the salon in the dashboard; deletion can be cancelled within 30 days, after which the data is deleted;

• we may suspend or terminate access and delete the salon for material breach of the terms, non-payment or a security threat, notifying the salon where possible;

• a salon that has not been used for more than 6 months (no one logs into the dashboard and there are no new bookings) and has no paid period running may be deleted by us as inactive. Owners receive an email; deletion can be cancelled in the dashboard within 30 days, after which the salon's data is deleted. The account remains;

• when a salon is deleted, unpaid invoices are voided; invoices and payment documents are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

8. Personal data

How we process the salon's and its employees' data is described in the privacy policy; the salon's client data is covered by the data processing agreement.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms; we notify of material changes no later than 30 days in advance. If the salon continues to use the service after the new version takes effect, it accepts it; if it does not agree, it may stop using the service.

10. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to these terms. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in the court at the operator's location.
